APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (in order)

1. You MUST view the inside of the rental home PRIOR to applying. NO EXCEPTIONS. Schedule a showing on The Mendes Company website and tour the inside of the rental, as well as the neighborhood. To schedule a showing visit The Mendes Company website, click on “Property Management,” then “Search Properties.” Select “View Details” under the property you are interested in and then click on “Schedule Showing.”

2. After touring the property, call our leasing office to see if the property is still available and how many applications are currently pending.

3. Submit an application online and pay the $40 application fee (NON-REFUNDABLE).

4. If you have a co-applicant, you will receive an email with a co-applicant link. Send the link to everyone over the age of 18 who will be living at the property.
