This little slice of heaven is, furnished, 1/1 on the beach, over looks the peaceful intercoastal. This gorgeous unit has a large bedroom with queen size bed, updated bathroom which features a stand up shower. Kitchen is updated and opens up to the dining room and living room. Off the living room you have a balcony, on which, you can enjoy the morning sunrise with a view of the intercoastal.

This property features a heated pool on the beach, and the intercoastal side has a fishing pier! Many wonderful restaurants nearby, The Salt Rock Grill and Caddy's..etc.

If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $75.00 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. There is also a $150.00 Lease Admin Fee due with the deposit, once approved, along with the Security Deposit and non-refundable pet fee if applicable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. Please note the following: (1) we will check your credit report; (2) we will check for any past evictions; (3) we will verify your employment, if applicable; (4) your personal income must be sufficient and verifiable; (5) we will verify your previous landlord references; (6) we will perform a background screening; (7) some associations also have application fees. We encourage you not to apply if you have credit scores below 550, have ever been evicted or have bad rental history.
