To meet income qualifications, applicants’ combined weekly gross income must be near or equal to the monthly rent. The application process includes a credit check, background check, landlord reference, and income verification. Unpaid eviction(s) and/or landlord judgment(s) may disqualify the application. Lease terms are one year, unless otherwise noted.
