This is a short term lease, where the maximum amount of months that is allowable to stay in the unit is now 3 Months.
So 3 Bedrooms for 3 Months $995.00 a month.
PLEASE NOTE:
The common area downstairs and Main Kitchen is not included in the 3/2 for $995.00
The main kitchen and common area is not included, but the 3 Bedrooms upstairs and Micro Kitchen are about 800 sq ft.
The property usually rents the rooms as individual units for $650, $650 and $725, but because of the Corona Virus Situation, now all 3 rooms will have to be rented to one individual, or a group that knows each other.
Internet and Cable TV would have to unfortunately be an extra $200.00 a month.
It may theoretically be possible to extend the lease if proof can be shown that the tenant or tenants have been vaccinated. Then, if the owner were also vaccinated by this time, 6/1/2021, the owner would be able to live in the unit on the first floor, and the single tenant or group would still have the 3 units on the second floor available. But a new lease would have to be signed which would probably be month to month.
Unfortunately, there are no 3D Tours of the place. It has to be rented by 3/1/2021 because the owner is leaving at that date, and coming back 6/1/2021.
Basically, for one person, the place could operate like: One Outstanding Office, One Bedroom, And One Game/Media Room. But there are enough beds able to be supplied for 3 people, with a TV in Each Room.
