This is an all-female house with a really lovely and sweet group of women in their 20’s. The less expensive room, $550 a month plus utilities, is located in the daylight basement. The other room (furniture not included), $725 a month plus utilities, is located on the main floor. It comes with a walk-in closet, a door directly leading to the deck overlook the backyard with beautiful views of Cascadia mountains, the UW campus, and the city. Plenty of space in the shared living room, dinning room, breakfast nook, and kitchen spaces. Nice backyard space for reading, enjoying the sun, or grilling. This space is really great for someone just starting out on their own with not a lot of "stuff". It has fully furnished shared living spaces— couches, chairs, dining room tables, and basically every kitchen thing you could need or want, great for someone just leaving the nest.

It's a one minute, straight shot to I-5 by car or there are a ton of bus stops nearby (63X, 64X, 76, 316, 26, 62). This place would be ideal for someone working in downtown or South Lake Union or studying at UW! It's pretty close to campus within walking distance.
