Hey! I am looking to fill in one of the rooms in our place on 8th and Judah starting February 1st. You will be expected to take over my lease, which ends on June 30th. January move-ins are welcomed and rent will be free for January.
The place is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom on the third floor. The rent is $1250/ month and it is an actual bedroom (not converted living space).
Pros to living here:
Room is furnished as previous tenant will be leaving his bed frame, mattress, and desk
Close to the UCSF campus- 4 block walk, approx. 5-8 minutes.
WASHER AND DRYER in unit shared by only three people.
Big walk-in closet with LOTS of storage space both in the bedroom and common space.
Renovated kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher).
Landlord is extremely nice and pays for water, sewage, AND garbage bills (incorporated into the lease).
Cozy common space attached to the kitchen and hallway.
The unit is on the third(top) floor so no upstairs neighbor stomping around.
We have a lot of plants if that’s your vibe.
Easy J-permit parking all along 8th ave.
Other important information:
Furniture optional. DM for details.
Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking.
Utilities/ WiFi approximately $50-100 depending on usage.
Looking for a reasonably clean and respectful housemate.
We are looking for someone who is conscious of social distancing so please no unnecessary gatherings as we do have responsibilities to patients in the dental clinic.
Due to the surging cases, we kindly ask that you provide a negative Covid-19 test upon move-in.
