Close to bus stop #24. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. 20 minutes driving to the US Capitol in Washington DC. The Townhouse has back porch that you can grill outside with your friends, it also has dining/kitchen, and living room on the 2nd floor and also has half bathroom. Three bedrooms are on 3rd floor and also laundry room including the full bathroom.
About the rooms: We have furnished basement has bedroom and bathroom opening right now on. It is $950 which includes utilities, internet and cable. The security deposit is $400. All utilities and cable and internet are included in the rent price.
About the current housemates: The Deaf owner (male) is very busy professional. Two other hearing housemates (males) occupies in both bedroom on 3rd floor.
What we are looking in a housemate:
* Has professional job
* Can pass background checks
* Maintain cleanliness
* Pay rent on time.
We don’t want someone who has PET. We don’t want SMOKER, ALCOHOLIC, and SELL/USE DRUGS.
We prefer having one person only, please
