DUE TO CITY ORDINANCE NO MALES CAN LIVE HERE NOR CAN CHILDREN LIVE IN MY HOME. I have a furnished room and unfurnished room. Furnished room ready now is furnished with TV also. In the bathroom every one has a shelf for there shelf. In kitchen you have two shelves for groceries and it is you area. you share refrigerator with another girl. I do background checks and have first and last months rent and deposit before someone moves in. There is bedroom is remodeled upstairs unfurnished with 3 closets. We do not allowed children or males due to our city ordinance nor can we rent to women with felonies because of St Clair county laws for landlords. please contact me for more information. parking is free. I Pay all utilities included cable, trash. Security system and washer and dryer.
