Refundable portion of deposit is $1995.00 and tenant damage, which is not considered normal wear and tear, will be deducted from this amount (see attorney general guidelines for "normal wear and tear"). Carpet cleaning will automatically be deducted and if the house is not as clean as when you received it, additional cleaning costs will also be deducted.

All of our properties accept Service/Support animals. No fees or extra rent will be charged for legitimate Service/Support animals. On line certifications are not accepted.

2 pet max (one preferred)

Initial lease 6-9 months to start so we can get this property on a spring/summer schedule and then 12 month lease.

We will also consider a 14-18 month lease to start.

Renter is to verify all information

The available date for this property is an estimate only, ASAPM cannot guarantee the date available for move-in until the home has vacated and we can ensure it is rent-ready.

No utilities are included in the rental amount. Tenant is responsible for all yard care.
