1. Copies of one month’s paycheck stubs or a letter stating the hours you work
and the pay amount from your employer. (Income must be at least 3x the
amount of rent).
2. Copy of current driver’s licenses (must be readable).
3. We will run a Criminal, Credit, Eviction and Sex Offender Reports on all
adults over the age 18.
4. Application Fee is $50 per adult over the age 18 and are non-refundable.
5. We require a landlord’s verification from yourself or co-signer; you can ask your current non-family
landlord for a copy of your 12 month payment ledger that must be verifiable.
6. Sign your application.
7. Make sure to have your application fee when you turn in your application.
8. 3 Stone Rentals reserves the right to deny your application depending on the treatment
of our staff. We do not allow bulling behavior to our staff and or vendors.
9. Application submittal does not grantee the unit you are applying for will be
held/available for you. By SC Law we must have a security deposit in hand
for the unit to be taken off the market. We will continue to list this property
as available until we have a deposit.
