Outdoor spaces include a covered front porch, perfect for beverage sipping, people and weather watching; private back yard with gardening spaces and room for a sitting around a fire pit to the side of the house.
On & Off street parking.
This is a non-smoking home.
Occasional visitors are welcome, but over night or constant guests are not.
Candidate must clean up after self, reliably participate in regular household/year-round yard maintenance and respect the home and furnishings as well as others living here.
No couples, kids, drama, parties, or additional pets (home is owned by one cat so being pet friendly is a must.)
