This home has a 30 night minimum stay requirement.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed.
The second bedroom contains a desk and a love seat..
Blackout curtains are installed on the bedroom windows for your sleeping comfort.
Pricing
Blue rents for $1,700 per month, or $61 per night with a 30 night minimum stay.

Additional Fees
There is a one time cleaning fee of $125. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest.
There is a $500 deposit due to block off calendar. $70 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. The rest is applied to the first month's rent. Please click here for more information on our
insurance policy.
If guests elect not to purchase the insurance policy, they can place $3,000 as a refundable security deposit, due to block of calendar. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
Guests can pay weekly or monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments).

$85 per month- 1st pet
$20 per month each additional pet

This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided. All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent.
