One of my favorite units in the complex with a south facing 2nd story deck. Very nice light in this unit. It is clean and well maintained. There is an on- demand hot water heater, gas cooking range with built-in microwave, an onsite coin-op laundry facility, off street parking, enclosed staircase to the door of the unit, and the water and garbage is paid by the owner.
We prefer month-to-month tenancy. Cat considered with increased deposit. No smoking, no growing. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage. Renter's Insurance required at all properties.
