Resident responsible for all heat, electric, lawn and trash. The owner will provide snow plowing
Electric: Washington Electric- Averages $50 in summer, $125 in winter
Heat- Radiant heat (oil). Previous occupant used about $400 worth in the coldest months- hardly anything in the summer
The owner will leave the mower for the tenant to use.
Dogs negotiable for pet deposit.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
