The kitchen has a ceiling fan, butcher block counters, and nice appliances including the electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The full bathroom has tile floors and a shower/ bathtub combo. Also on the first floor is some storage space under the stairs and laundry with washer and dryer included.
Upstairs are both bedrooms, each having bamboo floors, high ceilings with ceiling fans, and individual heating/ air conditioning units. The master bedroom includes an en suite half bathroom.
Outside are the nice covered front porch, off-street parking, yard with grassy and shaded areas, and a detached storage building. The first floor of the detached storage building, with concrete floors and no electricity, is available for tenant storage. The second floor of this outbuilding will be used for owner storage.
Heat and air conditioning is supplied by three mini-splits: one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Mini-splits are wall mounted and ductless, and each unit has its own thermostat with a remote control. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawn care. One small dog under 20 lbs considered with non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking. No cosigners.
