Description

This 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment is part of a fully renovated Victorian four-plex, located on the corner of West 23rd Ave. and Julian St., just minutes from I-25 and downtown. This fabulous property is in The Highlands neighborhood with easy access to just about everything that makes Denver so great. Sloan's Lake and Jefferson Park are around the corner, not to mention all kinds of great restaurants, cafes, shops and the like that you can walk or bike to!

This lovely one bedroom apartment is on the second floor of this grand and stately Victorian. Windows overlook the beautifully maintained yards with mature trees, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Natural light floods in and shows off the character and charm of this little cutie! The apartment is as quaint as the Victorian home itself!

The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full sized dishwasher, a satin nickel finish faucet, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal and plenty of cabinets. Enjoy a large walk in pantry with lots of space. There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement. You also have storage in the backyard shed.

Utilities: Heat/gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, and recycling are shared/split between the four units in the building, and generally cost between $50-100 per month. Cable/internet are optional and the tenant's responsibility. The back yard is shared among the four apartments.

Exceptionally well behaved pets are allowed with an additional deposit.
