Furnished with all necessities, all you'll need to bring is yourself, clothes, and personal items. Also you'll need to bring some food to cook. Personal designated parking space under the deck as well. This is a family oriented town and our home. Everyone here is very welcoming, and respectful of one another. This apartment might not be anything grand like the condos or apartments in New York, but it is very comfortable , tastefully furnished, and safe. Living here, you can drive 1 hour and 10 minutes to the city of Knoxville, 2 hours and 20 minutes to the Great Smokies, or 2 hours and 30 minutes to Cumberland Falls. If you live here, you will have no shortage of things to do or places to go.
N.B:- There is no onsite garbage pickup because we take our garbage to the county dump. Also you will be responsible for paying your own electric bill.
