LEASE TERMINATION OPTION: Because we are currently not able to physically show this occupied apartment, if after signing a 12-month lease if you are at all not satisfied with your new apartment, we are offering the option to terminate the Residential Lease Agreement during months 1-6 without a lease termination fee.
