Plus, Tudek Park is right next door where you can hop on the State College bike path for commuting downtown or just for a little outdoor exercise. Plus, the Park Forest Villas 2 bedroom apartments are pet friendly. In addition, we’re now including a basic cable TV package, plus a pretty respectable 100 mbps ethernet port.

Rent includes gas heating, basic cable TV through Comcast, an internet connection by Dojo Networks, water, sewer, trash, and parking. The tenant pays their own electricity (only).
