Complete and sign an application for every prospective resident 18 years

or older. All lines must be completed.

Pay a non-refundable credit check fee of $35 per application

Copies of Driver's Licenses and/or other form of identification.

Copies of proof of income (paycheck stubs, bank statements or W-2 s)

To qualify & Income requirements for a rental home:

Combined income must be a minimum of 2 1/2 times the monthly rent.

Depending on credit history and other applicant screening factors, an

additional security deposit and/or co-signer maybe required.

Income must be verifiable

Two most recent pay stubs or employment offer letter. Employers will also

be contacted to verify employment.

Self employed 2 years tax returns will be required.

No evictions

Foreclosures and short sales are ok

All properties are Non-smoking

Rent is $1895. Deposit $1500.

Valid photo ID, 2 current pay stubs, $35. credit check per-applicant
