Nice, brick home in a subdivision with a fenced backyard. Neutral colors throughout and there is laminate wood flooring in the living areas. This home has the master bedroom and master bathroom on the main level. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the upstairs level. There is carpet and padding on the upstairs level. There is a living room, separate dining room and beautiful kitchen with granite counters, a pantry and cabinets galore! Kitchen includes use of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and above the range microwave. There is a half bath and laundry room on the main level. Nice patio area off of the kitchen and living room area, overlooking the fenced in backyard. There is a large, covered, 2 car carport area attached to the house (there is NO garage or any outside storage areas). This home has central heat and air, gas hot water heater, partial gas heat (on main level) and a gas fireplace.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenant’s responsibility.

The utilities are with:

Water and Trash: City of Winder [Use CALL button]

Tenant is responsible for their own yardcare.

ARI bills tenant $9.50 per month for tenant liability insurance.

Legal Liability Insurance Required – We will accept coverage you obtain on your own OR it is available for $9.50 per month, added to your rent through our source. This is for $100,000 coverage amount with no deductible (see below for more information).

If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured.
