$800 - 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom House In Corona With Great Amenities
We just bought our first 4bedroom/3bathroom home and are looking to rent out 3 of our available rooms! Any of your choosing (if still available) Downstairs room available with mostly private bathroom (unless guests are over, which isn't often) 2 smaller bedrooms available upstairs. They are all unfurnished, but we do have some dressers that you're more than welcome to borrow, otherwise you can furnish however your heart desires!
If you choose 1 of our 2 rooms available on the second level then, at some point, it will be a shared bathroom with the other occupant of the second bedroom :) Internet included, access to kitchen, laundry room and all common areas! Utilities included, but our water bill is a bit high at the moment so we maaaay ask for help on that depending on how much it goes up after new tenants arrive! Otherwise, it's just rent we ask for. We will obviously make space in pantry for your own goodies and you're more than welcome to cook whatever you like since my husband and I rarely use the kitchen.
Also, not sure if i need to mention, but just general cleaning up after the yourself is always appreciated. I'm sure other tenants will have certain needs of their own which is something to discuss together so that no one steps on anyone's toes :) I just want to create a happy and harmonious environment for all of us to enjoy!
If single person renting it'll be 800 a month, but if couples then rent will only go up to 1000 a month (what a deal!)

About the roomies:
Currently, it's just my husband and I living in our home with all our furbabies (cats and dog), scaley babies (fish) and our own, less furry baby (human) on the way :) We are in our late 20's with personalities of big kids so we are very laid back and are just looking for others who need more than just a room, but a place to actually call home. We understand how it is to live uncomfortably and wish to not make this that type of environment. Hoping to find couples to occupy our available rooms, but not opposed to anyone interested in what our home has to offer. We welcome all animals! Big animal lovers here (Sidenote: we do have 6 cats that live in our catio and have access to the house only some of the time. It's actually pretty cool so you'll have to check it out and see if you're ok with it)
