You'll have as much privacy as you want, but we're happy to water your plants while you're away or share a (distanced) happy hour on the patio. You will have separate entrances and all your own amenities/appliances. The only exception is the laundry room, which is shared with us (but you will have your own separate entrance and key).
House rules: No smoking, no large gatherings. No dogs; cats allowed; other pets may be considered. Any other questions, please ask!
