One thing that sets this place apat is the peace and quiet. There is no noisy traffic from the highway or train rumbling by. You will also notice a nautical theme throughout the condo including hardwood plank floors, brass gumbled lanterns and door pulls. The owner is a captain and he and his wife take people on sailing charters in the PNW when they are not in Solana Beach.. You will want to keep an eye out from the deck to see the whales and to see when the surf is good, and then grab the board off the rack and head down for a surf session .
