- 1/2 of the basement is fully finished, the other 1/2 is the utility room (with washer/dryer and storage)
- yard, including detached garage, patio, and garden (or construction site for young children if that works better for you), alley access
Utilities: Electricity (which covers HVAC) and is produced by solar panels, your hot water is heated by the sun (with an electric backup), your heating and cooling come from a Geothermal Well. There's an electric car charging point in the garage if you need it (if you don't, no worries). We have almost all circuits in the house metered to enable you to conduct detailed monitoring of your energy use if you are into energy-efficient living. We'll bill you quarterly, directly for electricity and water through net metering.
All that, plus the best neighbors you could ask for - on both immediate sides as well as the whole block, and the neighborhood!

One quirk about the house: it has an induction range - an electric stovetop that has the control of a gas range. You'll need magnetic cookware (think Cast Iron, Nonstick Aluminum, Carbon Steel - Cuisinart, Calphalon all have sets that work).
Pets considered on an individual basis.
Snow removal and lawn maintenance are the responsibility of the tenants. The previous tenants left a lawnmower that you are welcome to have.
