Parking: plenty of free residential street parking.
Amenities: washer/dryer in the house, dishwasher, central heat, hardwood floors, Sonic internet, and a large backyard/outdoor space great for BBQ's/hangouts. Furnished common area with a dining table, comfortable couch, 55” TV, HDMI cable, Chromecast.
Space: $1200/month rent. This large private room has enough space to work from home comfortably. It's big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, bookshelf, and even a small couch. There is plenty of natural sunlight.
