The other roommate is also in her mid-twenties and works for a marketing company and enjoys working out and baking. They both like to keep the common areas clean and tidy and do not have any pets.

-Unfurnished room with private bath, available for rent on 12/1
-The room is the only room on the ground floor, so it is very private
-Rent is $1,125 (room dimensions 9.5' x 12') with TWO closets
