Nine Mile light rail station is right down the street, about 5 min drive. 300 ft walk to Peoria and Illif for easy bus transportation. Walking access to food and restaurants. About me: I'm a 29 year old male. I'm a plumber and when I'm not working I enjoy chilling with my dogs, going on hikes, walks and playing at the park with them. So you must be okay living with dogs. The house is right across the street from a big park (Utah Park). I myself love playing frolf (disc golf). I'm considering going back to school so I would prefer someone who is more on the quite side. I'm a clean person myself, and would like the other person to be clean as well. The dogs do bark and can be intimidating because of it but are completely friendly if they know you. Other than that, when your hanging out at the house they will give you company and security.
