The house is 9 miles from Ellsworth, 22 miles from Bar Harbor, and 38 miles from Brewer/Bangor, with deeded access to the Taunton Bay across the road. Easy access to many diverse trails including the Downeast Sunrise Trail. Just down the road are public boat landings as well.
This large bedroom has an ocean view, lots of space and a shared bath across hall. Shared living space includes: two living rooms, a large kitchen, coin-operated washer and dryer, with reliable wi-fi through out.The backyard has a fire pit and lots of open space.
$700 per month, UTILITIES INCLUDED! Owner pays for water, sewer, heat, electric, trash, internet, yard and driveway maintenance. One year lease required. Current residency of this very large home: 4 people full-time, 1 very part-time. No cats or dogs.
