This location is within walking distance to The Shops at Kukuiula, Kukuiula Store, Baby Beach, Sheraton, and Poipu Beach right around that corner.
All three rooms in the home are lightly furnished with everything you need for casual island living with an amazing ocean view. The lower bedroom, as well as the upstairs ocean-facing bedroom, are equipped with queen beds and televisions, while the upstairs garden bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds (which may be converted to a king bed). All rooms are outfitted with split air conditioning systems which were just installed this year for your comfort. Our home is also offered with kitchenware and basic cookware for your tenancy. Linen and towels may also be provided.
The property itself is approximately a half acre which is shared with our personal home on the front half. This is a no smoking and no pet property.
Base Rent: $4,200
The tenant is responsible for all utilities except water
Security Deposit $4,200
Minimum Rental Term: 6- Months
All potential tenants over the age of 18 are subject to a background and credit check.
