Large walk in closet connects the living area and the bathroom. Small private balcony off of the living area. Laundry room on the property for residents to use. Residents have one uncovered parking space assigned to the unit and an extra covered parking space can be rented when one is available. Residents are responsible for having an SDG&E account. Water fee: $35/mo for the first person plus $20/mo per additional person. Trash is included. One small(25lbs.) pet allowed by approval with $50/mo. increased rent and $500 increased deposit.
There are two studio apartments coming available in January: units #12 and #03. #12 is upstairs. Applications will be accepted for either apartment.

2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.
