Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property has been newly renovated and recently refurbished. Located on the 1st floor of a multi-unit property, guests will enjoy the bright and open design as well as the convenience of being within walking distance to countless restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. Our unit has a midcentury modern design and is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Throughout the property you will find hardwood floors, trendy décor, original fireplaces, stylish furniture, brand new appliances, and much more.

Off-Street Parking. Located in beautiful Cannonborough, with 2 allocated off-street spots, parking will be the least of your worries.

A Large Front Porch with Outdoor Dining. Enjoy the scenic breeze while sharing a meal outside around the dining table located on the spacious, private front porch area. The wooden dining table provides seating for 6 and will make your morning cup of coffee or cocktail hour all the more enjoyable.

A Bright, Open Lounge Space. The living room area is open to the kitchen and has a bright, midcentury modern design. This lounge space features a large light grey sofa, glass coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, a side table, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop a trendy console unit.

A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Open to the living room/lounge area, the kitchen comes fully equipped with brand new GE appliances including a large refrigerator and freezer with an icemaker, an oven/stovetop, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also features brand new stone countertops, cabinetry, a coffee maker, blender, and basic cookware. Two barstools located alongside the kitchen island help make this open space perfect for spending time with one another.

4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are located toward the front side of the unit. The 1st bedroom features a plush king sized bed with a tuft headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a fireplace with exposed brick, an accent chair beside a modern standing lamp, a large closet, and a large wall mirror above a long wooden bench. Between the 1st and 2nd bedroom is the 1st full bathroom which features brand new tile and fixtures, stone countertops, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed atop a solid wood bedframe, two bedside tables with lamps, a fireplace, a large closet, ceiling fan, and a versatile table and chair which could be used as a desk or vanity. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and other 2 bathrooms are located on the other side of the living room/kitchen, toward the back side of the unit. The 3rd bedroom features a plush king sized bed atop a tuft bedframe and headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, an accent chair, full length mirror, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the 2nd full bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom also features brand new tile floors, new fixtures, lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. Just across the hall is the 4th bedroom, featuring a comfortable full sized bed upon a trendy bedframe, two bedside tables with lamps, a fireplace and mantle, blackout roller shades and floor-to-ceiling drapes, a ceiling fan, a large closet, a full length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features brand new tile flooring, fixtures, lighting, and full bathtub/shower.

Brand New Washer/Dryer. At the end of the hallway, is a laundry space housing the brand new stacked washer and dryer units.

Balcony Seating. Toward the back side of the house there is a door accessing a small balcony with seating for 2. This is a Duplex style home and there is a unit above this rental.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, The Jetty, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes.
