The Swan is a classic 1920's brownstone beauty and all apartments (excluding the 2 basement units) have hardwood floors, really large closets, full size kitchens w/ full size gas ranges, lots of cabinet space and some of the units even have some of the original fixtures and terrazzo flooring!
The Swan has incredibly low turn over and in the last 5 years, tenants have only moved out because they are leaving Seattle all together, are purchasing their first home or need a space that I cannot accommodate (available 1 bedrooms in the Swan are like unicorns - amazing and never seen). We are fortunate to also have off-site parking where those who opt to purchase monthly parking for $150/month are assigned their own individual spot.

Dog Fees - $250 refundable deposit + $35/month pet rent
Cat Fees - $350 or 25% of rent, whichever is cheapest, refundable deposit
