Country Club Shores Condo - This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. There is one bedroom and one bath on the main level and another bedroom upstairs with a half bath. There is a wood burning stove in unit but tenants are not permitted to use it. Tenants will need to use electric heat to warm the unit. Owner will pay water/sewer and trash. Tenant is responsible for electric, cable and Wifi if they want it. Snow removal is taken care of by the HOA. There is no lake access or use of the pool on site.
