The lowest level is a large unfinished basement that can be used for a workout space or storage and has a walk-in storage closet. A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $500 pet deposit per pet. No smoking. First and last month's rent as well as a $3,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12-month lease only.
UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity (Solar-set amount reimbursed to owner), gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the driveway, walkways/sidewalks, and patio/decks as well as replacing water filters and maintaining the water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
