Our recently renovated condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooking essentials, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, flatware, and more! We offer all guests free WiFi, linens, towels, toiletries, beach gear (toys, 3 cruiser bikes, boogie boards, a surfboard, 3 beach chairs, and towels).
Cozy up with a blanket and a book near our fire-pit on the second level patio overlooking the Ocean, check out our wide selection of streaming apps on one of three flat screen TV’s, play corn hole or a board game, take the beach cruisers out for a spin, or relax on the beach.
This is a ground floor condo, with a patio/deck on the second floor. The master bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom features a King bunk bed with a Twin above and a Twin Trundle, and the living room features a Queen pull out sofa.
This condo is just minutes from exploring Downtown, The Oceanside Pier, and The Oceanside Harbor. Dine at one of Oceanside’s unique restaurants, breweries, or wineries such as Local Tap House, Bagby Brewery, Barrel Republic, Coomber Craft Wines, or one of the Harbor’s waterfront restaurants. Explore Thursday nights at Sunset Market by the Pier with local artists, live music, and food vendors! The good times and enjoyment are endless!
Parking: Our condo features an attached one car garage. We also have driveway parking (sloped driveway prior to crossing the sidewalk - please do not block the public sidewalk). There is open parking on the streets: first come, first serve. Please be mindful of street sweep day (review street signs).
Other Property Details: exterior surveillance cameras, and a First Aid kit can be found in the cabinet right of the fridge.
