A one time $25 administration fee is applied to all new leases. Renters insurance is required for all residents. All the utility bills for Montana Ridge (not including electric) will be billed based on a ratio of the utility bill calculated by number of residents in each apartment and actual usage. Your utility fee will vary month-to-month and you will receive a statement via e-mail the last week of the month detailing your total charges due for the following month.
