Credit History:

Through on-line portion of the application process, prospective tenant must have minimum 700 credit score from TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian credit bureaus. Landlord will not accept a comprehensive tenant screening report issued by a consumer reporting agency.

Criminal Records:

Through the online portion of the application process, prospective tenant must pass criminal background check. Any criminal activity over the past 3-5 years will be viewed on a case by case basis based on severity of the crime.
