Co-signers will not be accepted.
*FREE RENT offer: if a 13 month lease starts within 30 days, then rent will be free in the 13th month, resulting in the advertised net rate of $1154/month. This means your lease will show the base rent of $1250/month, however since you’d only pay that 12 out of 13 months, the net monthly rate is $1154/month.
