We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for restricted breed list and additional pet criteria.
All apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly! You can secure an apartment with a completed application, photo ID and written income verification. There is a one-time application fee of $50.00. Applicants must meet or exceed the minimum income requirement of $4,950.00 monthly ($59,400.00 annually) and have good credit in addition to other application criteria. Love this apartment already and want to apply online? Security deposit of $1,950.00 is due with your signed 12-month lease. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent.
