This is a quieter, more professional building, and attracts many graduate and international students. There is an attended front desk in the lobby (staffed 7 days per week) that offers concierge services. Each apartment is fully-furnished, with full kitchen and bath, carpeting, mini-blinds, microwave, and air conditioning. Other amenities include on-site laundry and a fitness room.
Each 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher and an A/C unit in each room. The carpeted living room features large windows to let in plenty of natural light, and its furnishings include a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table, small dining table and chairs. Both of the adjacent bedrooms come fully furnished with a full sized bed, desk, dresser, bookcase, and chair.
Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat, hot water, and trash removal. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
