Rent is $975.00 per month and includes trash pickup and landscaping. Tenant pays all other utilities. Security deposit of $975.00 and renters insurance are required. Unit C is pet friendly for a maximum of two pets, cats or dogs. Breed restrictions apply. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 per pet and an additional $25.00 rent per pet per month.
