The apartment home is 960 square feet in size and offers two FULL bathrooms. Your first bathroom is located off of the hallway and your second is located off of your master bedroom. There is also plenty of closet space throughout.
Apartment is equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer/dryer hook up (it does fit for a full size should you wish to bring your own)
Cats and dogs are welcome in the home for an additional deposit/rent.
There are weight restrictions should you wish to bring your furry friend (maximum projected full grown weight cannot exceed 49#). Please speak to staff if you wish to bring a dog as we do have a list of restricted breeds.
Please note that we are on a wait list after the first of the year. We weren't expecting this one to open up for a December move in. If interested in moving in the near future, this could be your next home!
