The master bedroom is located in the back of the unit with a queen bed and private en suite.
Slider door access opens to the balcony.
Please note that Hilton Head Resort does not allow any commercial vehicles to park on premises and will only allow up to 2 parking passes per unit.
Hilton Head Resort offers the perfect Oceanside retreat designed for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. Enjoy the resort amenities which include 2 outdoor pools and 1 heated indoor pool with a kiddie pool in the year-round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track along with lighted tennis courts and 24 hour security.
This unit is available for monthly rentals from Dec. 1- March 31st. All utilities included. 50% of payment due at booking, final balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 90+days stay must pay $115 for parking decal and background check through HOA required.
