All of our properties accept Service/Support animals. No fees or extra rent will be charged for legitimate Service/Support animals. On line letters/certifications are not accepted.
Renter is to verify all information
No utilities are included in the rental amount. HOWEVER, because the rental term is only 4 months, the owners plan to put the utilities in their name in February and we will send copies of the billings to the tenant for reimbursement once a month.
Tenant responsible for yard care but owners pay to have the sprinklers turned on and will pay for the Spring application of weed and feed. Because this property is only available until 6/1, the yard care will be minimal.
This neighborhood does have a pool but it may not be open prior to the end of the lease and/or depending on current COVID numbers.
