Completely remodeled in 2018 with designer decor and located in building 2, this unit is one of the most desirable condos in Hilton Head Resort. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests looking to enjoy our beautiful beach, world class golf, or abundant wildlife.
Upon entry you are greeted by wood flooring through the main living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials to enjoy a great meal in when you do not want to head out to one of the over 200 fantastic Hilton Head restaurants. Enjoy your meal at the formal dining table with seating for 4.
The living room is equipped with a comfy sleeper sofa couch and flat screen TV.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed , flat screen TV, and en suite bath with tub shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds as well as a flat screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom is the guest bath with a tub shower.
Please note that Hilton Head Resort does not allow any commercial vehicles to park on premises and will only allow up to 2 parking passes per unit.
Hilton Head Resort offers the perfect Oceanside retreat designed for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. Enjoy the resort amenities which include 2 outdoor pools and 1 heated indoor pool with a kiddie pool in the year-round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track along with lighted tennis courts and 24 hour security.
A beach shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach. If you skip the ride and decide to take the approximate 10 minute walk, you can enjoy the pristine ecological marsh views along with way. The resort is centrally located on the island and never more than a 15 minute drive to any of the island activities you decide to enjoy on your vacation!
This unit is available for monthly rentals from Oct. 6- March 31st. All utilities included. 50% of payment due at booking, final balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 90+days stay must pay $115 for parking decal and background check through HOA required.
