Northampton 2BR/1Bath Duplex, OH YEAH - Alex Rose and Nancy Kendricks are a young, professional, married New York couple in search of their dream home. When they finally find the perfect Brooklyn brownstone, they are giddy with anticipation. The duplex is a dream come true, complete with multiple fireplaces, except for one thing: Mrs. Connelly, an old Irish lady who lives on the rent-controlled top floor. Assuming she is elderly and ill, they take the apartment. The movie is called 'Duplex.' It has a 5.9 rating on IMDB. I have not seen it.

Fortunately for this beautiful two bedroom, second floor Duplex in the Northampton neighborhood, there is no scheming couple or presumably ill old Irish woman. This spacious apartment is decked out with hardwood floors, a distinct living room, dining room, kitchen, two sizable bedrooms. The kitchen boasts an awesome bonus room (or, seomra bónas, for my Gaelic friends!) There's a pretty nifty bathroom, a basement for extra storage and washer/dryer hookups, and a big fenced backyard! The front porch is also a great place to read a book while enjoying a thunderstorm or having your first cup of coffee to start the day, and the front balcony excellent for people watching!
