-$600 Holding/Security deposit (oac) and lease execution is due within 72 of application approval.
-Credit and criminal background check will be processed in addition to rental verification for the past three years.
-Combined gross income MUST be 3X the monthly rent. Approval and Security Deposit (from $600 to 2X the monthly rent) will be based on this background check.
