Mount Dora is known for its small town charm. It has many antique shops in the downtown area and a huge antique Center called Renninger's on the outskirts of town. The downtown area overlooks Lake Dora. Mount Dora is home to one of three freshwater lighthouses in Florida. It hosts many monthly festivals and is known as the "Festival City."

Along with the application we will need proof of verifiable combined household income to be at least 3X monthly rent.

We are flexible on credit but will not work with collections from apartment complexes, rental communities or real estate property management companies. Applicant must also show at least one active credit line in good standing.

Application includes full criminal background, credit check as well as eviction judgments

Along with your application, please include a copy of your photo ID as well as two consecutive months of your most recent pay stubs or other proof of income.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis per owner's instructions. No Aggressive breeds. 2 pets max. Max weight per pet 25 Lb.
