Nearby is Lakeside Park, and many trails for walking, jogging, cycling, dog-walking etc. This central location is great for commuting anywhere in town in 15 minutes or less.
Resident will pay all utilities for this apartment. Lawncare is provided and landlord takes care of regular maintenance and repairs. First month’s rent and deposit must be received before moving in. We are looking for applicants with good credit, clean background check (no evictions), and 3x the monthly rent as income. Small pets may be considered and subject to additional fees.
